Hi, I'm Chef AJ. My passion is teaching people how to incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables in their diet in ways that are easy, delicious and fun.
I have been following a plant-based diet for over 33 years and, as my favorite T-shirt says, "My IQ is higher than my cholesterol." I am the Pastry Chef at Sante Restaurant and my specialty is teaching people how to prepare plant indulgent food without using processed or refined ingredients like sugar, salt and oil. I use only plant based whole foods, such as fruits, to sweeten.
